Yes. At Transelec Ventures, we work under the Venture Client model, which means that we fund pilots with startups that solve strategic challenges for our company. This allows validating the solution in a real environment, generating value for both parties from the start.
At the validation stage – jointly between the startup or company and Transelec Ventures – through the key metrics and hypothesis that will determine the pilot’s success (or not). After its execution, the obtained data is gathered and compared with the initially defined metrics and hypothesis, assessing the degree of compliance, impact and potential improvement areas. This analysis allows deciding the next steps: continuity (pilot 2.0), scaling or closing of the pilot.
The time period contemplates three months since the start of the solution’s testing in our facilities. However, Transelec has the power to extend this time window whenever deemed relevant.
